Ingredients
2 ripe bananas 1 cup plain yogurt, whole-milk recommended ⅓ cup milk 3 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 – 4 ice cubes Optional: Handful of greens like spinach, kale or swiss chard (2 cups)1 scoop chia seeds
Directions
1.Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree together until smooth. Enjoy!
