1 onion chopped3 cloves garlic chopped30g chorizo chopped200g butternut squash cubed1/2 tin tomatoes chopped150g mushrooms halved225g chicken breast fillet in strips100g frozen green beans halved1tbsp smoked paprika
Fry onion, and garlic until soft. Add chorizo and chicken. cook until it loses pinkness.Add squash,mushrooms and tomatoes. Then 150ml of water and paprika. Cook for 20 mins. Just before serving add bean and season.
