Directions
Should have twice as much veggies as meat.Ingredients as listed.Small piece of french break or 2 ryvita crackers can be added.
-stew all vegetables in bouillon cube and half cup water
-sautee chicken in 1 tsp oil
-add chicken to stew
-cook for 20 minutes, then add frozen peas and cook just until warmed through
-make a slurry of the cornstarch with a little water and add just enough to slightly thicken the stew
-add tbsp of half and half cream or sour cream at the table
-squeeze of lemon juice optional
