Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, .50 cup (remove)Tofu, firm, 2 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Garlic, 5 clove (remove)Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 3 tbsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Tamarinds, .20 cup, pulp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove)*Cardini's Caesar Crutons, 5 serving (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
heat oil at medium high- add onions saute them till they are soften. Add carrots, beans, peppers and saute some more when everything is soften and almost cooked. add remaining ingredients and mix it well for 5 mins.
