Baby Spinach (Organic)Banana (Organic) - chopped in to piecesGreen Tea (Antioxidant Max by Celestial)Lemon (Organic) - 1/8 with peelHemp Hearts (raw shelled hemp seeds)
Add tea to blender. Add Spinach and turn blender on. While it is blending remove lid and add hemp seeds. Be sure that the spinach is blending well. Add bananas and then the lemon be sure to blend that up well. Store in glass jars and place in fridge. Must be consumed in 3 days so not to lose nutrients.
