Family Salad

Ingredients
5 oz baby spinach, cut5 oz romaine lettuce, cut1/3 cup onion, diced*assorted chopped veggies as desired - frozen peas, corn, olives, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, zucchini, asparagus, etc...3 Tbsp olive oil3 Tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 tsp italian seasoningsalt & pepper1 scoop chia seeds
Directions
Combine veggies in a large bowl. Using an empty jar with a tight lid, add vinegar, oil and italian seasoning. Shake well. Pour over salad, add chia seed and mix well. Let sit 5-10 mins before serving
