Pumpkin Parfiet

Ingredients
Filling:1 1/2 C pumpkin unsweetened1/2 C Brown Sugar1/2/ tes. Salt1 Tes. Cinnamon1/4 tes. Ground Ginger1/8 tes. Ground Cloves 2 Qt. Vanilla Ice Cream softenedCombine all ingredence and set aside.Crust:1 1/2 C Gram Crackers crushed plus 2 tbs.1/4 C sugar1/4 C butter melted
Directions
combine all and set aside pour into crust and freeze overnight.
Crust:
Blend 1 1/2 c crackers with butter and sugar till moist and press into the bottom of a greased 4 x 4 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool. Pour filling over crust. Sprinkle with remaining gram crackers. Freeze overnight covered. Cut into squares and serve frozen.
Can substitute spaghetti squash for pumpkin.
