Thai Red Curry Chicken

Ingredients
500 g chicken breast in small cubes1 carrot, sliced1 zucchini, cubes1 sweet red pepper, cubes2 onions, sliced3 cloves of garlic, sliced1.5 tbs red curry paste2 tbs flaxseed oil1 cup coconut milksalt to taste
Directions
Heat the oil i a wok pan. Add the curry paste and stir. Add the chicken and stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients, save the coconut milk. Stir and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the coconut milk and let simmer until the chicken is cooked. Serve with brown rice and a nice fresh salad.
