Ingredients
4 russet potatoes4 large eggs6 tbsp mayonnaise 3 tbsp onion4 cloves of garlic
Directions
Peel and cook potatoes and eggs drain add remaining ingredients and mix well. If you want the salad softer add water slowly until you reach your desire consistency and enjoy.
