1 LB Ground Turkey1 Can Stewed Tomatoes1 Can Sweet Corn1 Bag Frozen Zucchini1 large onion sliced thin5 Large Celery Stalks chopped2 packets of onion soup mix8 cups water
Brown Ground Turkey in bottom of sauce pan. Stir in vegetables. Add water and onion soup mix. Stir until well blended. Cook on high until boiling about 15 minutes. Simmer on low for another 45 minutes or more. Makes 12 1-cup servings.

I like that this is simple, however, 8 cups of water seems to be too much. 4-6 cups of chicken broth might work better. In addition, more flavor is needed. I added 1-2 tablespoons each of cumin, curry powder, and ground ginger, and then added 2 cups of rotini noodles to help thicken it up. - 12/2/15
