Lite Coleslaw Dressing with Caraway

Ingredients
cabbage (shredded)carrots (shaved)light mayoplain yogurtmustard (brown)caraway seeds (whole)cider vinegarsteviasalt
Directions
1. In small dish, soak caraway seeds in hot water 3 minutes; add vinegar and salt. Pour over shredded cabbage/carrot mixture and toss evenly. Cover and store in refrigerator until serving time.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, yogurt, mustard and stevia. At serving time, spoon onto coleslaw mix and toss evenly.

Serving Size: Makes six servings.
