Low Carb Beef and Cabbage Soup

1 Large Head Cabbage, chopped2 Cups Carrots, shredded3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes1 Beef Bouillon Cubes1/2 Cup Butter8 cups Water3 lbs Ground Beef1 Large Onion, chopped2 tsp Garlic, minced1 tsp Oregano3 Tb Dale's Seasoning2 tsp Tony Chacheres
Pour water into large stockpot and add cabbage, carrots, bouillon, and butter. When it boils, reduce down to a simmer. While the cabbage is heating to a boil, brown ground beef in a skillet with onion, garlic, oregano, Dale's and Tony Chacheres. Add ground beef mixture to stockpot. Soup is ready when cabbage and carrots are softened, roughly 45 minutes.
