2tbs olive oil2tbs Italian dressing1cup sliced zucchini1cup sliced squash1cup sliced carrots1/2cup chopped cabbage
Heat olive oil and Italian dressing in saute' pan on medium heat till warm. Add cabbage and carrots they take the longest to cook. Cover and let simmer. Toss and add squash and zucchini and cook till tender.
