Ingredients
1/4 c pinto beans cooked1 oz tortilla chips (about eight chips)2 Tbsp cheese1/5 c lettuce shredded 1/5 c tomatoes chopped2 Tbsp onions chopped 1 Tbsp tofu sour cream 1 Tbsp salsa
Directions
1. Take your chips and crush them lightly.
2. Add your beans on top of the chips
3. Then your cheese on top of that
4. Then add your veggies and sour cream and salsa
enjoy
