Super Seed Flapjacks

Ingredients
Dates, 1 cup, pitted, chopped Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 150gHazelnuts, 150gWater, tap, 450 mL Co op Porridge Oats, 300 gAgave nectar (Dark), 78 tsp or 390gPumpkin Seeds, 100 gSunflower Seeds, without salt, 100 g*Seeds,1.76 oz or 50g
Directions
Boil then simmer half the water (225ml) and the dates until the dates are soft and then whizz in a blender. Pour mixture into a bowl. Add the second half of the water to the cashew nuts and hazel nuts in the blender and whizz until a paste. Add to the dates. In a mixer, blend the oats and seeds and add to the mixture. Lastly, stir in the agave syrup. Pour into a baking paper-lined baking tray and bake at 160C for approx. 25 to 35 mins until golden. Allow to cool and then cut into slices.
