Low fat cheeseburger pie

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (remove)*Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce (Worcester), 2 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Bisquick pancake mix, .75 serving (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Brown onion garlic and turkey in pan
Mix bisquick and water to make dough
Roll dough flat to cover pan
Place dough in pie pan
Mix Worcester sauce in with turkey mixture
In separate bowl mix cottage cheese with egg
Pour turkey mixture into pie pan
Pour cottage cheese mixture over turkey
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Place tomato slices on top
Bake at 350 for 35 min.
