Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
4.6 lb pork shoulder1 cup BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is my choice)1.5 cup water1.5 diced bell peppers2 serrano peppers2-3 cloves garlic mincedpepper to taste
Directions
to slow cooker add BBQ sauce garlic and half peppers. Use water to wash out containers.
Add pork and cover with rest of ingredients.
Cook on low 6-8 hrs
Shred pork and add back to mix.

Serving Size: makes 24 servings about 1/2 cup each
