Vegan Waffles

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour2 tbsp agave nectar1 tsp fine sea salt2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk3 tsp baking powder2 flax eggs (for each egg you would have used, you use 1 tbsp flax meal with 3 tbsp of warm water, mix and let set for at least 5 min so it thickens)5 tbsp natural applesauce (unsweetened)
-Get flax meal ready. Remember, 1 tbsp flax meal to 3 tbsp of warm water, mix and let sit for approximately 5 minutes until it thickens.
-Put all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix (I used a hand mixer)
-Put all wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix
-Add "flax egg" to wet ingredients and mix
-Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix
Use waffle maker and enjoy!
