Celeriac puree

Ingredients
Celeriac - 1 medium2 russet potatoes2 tbs butter1/3 cup 15% cooking cream2 tbsp fresh italian parsley, chopped
Directions
Boil the celeriac and the potatoes.

Drain, add the butter and puree with a hand mixer. Add the cream and the parsley and mix.
