Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp Corned beef loaf, jellied, 2 slice (1 oz) (4" x 4" x 3/32" thick Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large *Green Giant Spring Mix Salad, 1 cup
Directions
I tries this salad for work today. I hard boiled one egg and I added it over a cup of spring mix salad. On top I cuted 2 slices of Russer's corn beef and I toped everything with 2 tsp of parmesan. makes 1 serving
