Beans, pinto, 1 cup Spinach, fresh, 1 bunch Marinara Sauce, 1 cup Non Dairy Cheese, shredded, 1 serving Mission Whole Wheat Tortillas, 6 tortillas
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F. Place beans in a large mixing bowl and add the marinara sauce and mash with a fork or a wire potato masher. Mix in spinach. Place six tortillas on greased baking sheet. May use can cooking spray. Place in oven for about 5 minutes. Add 2-3 large spoon fulls of bean-spinach mixture to each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
