Low Fat Impossible Coconut Pie

Ingredients
1 cup flaked unsweetened coconut (I used Fresh)3/4 cup granulated splenda1/2 cup low fat bisquick2 cups skim milk1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract4 med eggs
Directions
Place all ingredients into bowl and blend till well blended. Or put in blender for 60 seconds.
Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake 50-65 mins or until know inserted in center comes out clean.

3 WW pts per slice as is.
Optional chocolate sauce below.
