Spanish Rice With Ground Beef

Ingredients
1 lb. ground sirloin3/4th of a cup of raw long grain white rice1 onion (chopped)1 teas. salt1/2 teas. pepper1 teas. garlic powder1 teas. paprika1/3 of a cup of chopped green olives(100 grams)2 1/2 cups tomato juice1 1/2 cups boiling water8 ounces reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground sirloin with chopped onions and rice in a large saucepan. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bring to a boil for a few minutes then turn off heat. Pour into a large casserole dish and cook covered for 55 minutes at 300 degrees. Add cheese and cook another 5 minutes uncovered. Enjoy!
