Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup for Boo

Ingredients
1 medium onion diced8 ounces baby carrots8 ounces celery chopped1 1/3 pound chicken breast roasted and cubed2 32 ounce boxes chicken stock2 tbsp oilive oilhalf box elbow macaronisalt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste
Directions
sweat the veggies, then add stock and cooked cubed chicken. simmer until close to serving time then bring to a boil (may need to add water and throw in 8 oz elbows) Cook till tender.
