Use two cans of chili with beans
Pre-heat oven to 425. Pour one can of chili on to bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Wrap each hot dog in a tortilla and place seam side down on top of the first can of chili. Pour the second can of chili on top and top with cheese. Place foil on pan and bake 30 minutes at 425.
