1 banana3/4 cup frozen mango3/4 cup nonfat yogurt1 scoop protein powder (plain or vanilla)1-2 tbsp honey (for fewer carbs, use sugar-free vanilla syrup, Splenda syrup, or granulated Splenda)
Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender with some ice. Blend until smooth.
