Ingredients
Directions
Onions, raw, 2 large, choppedSpinach, fresh, 1.5 package (10 oz)Kale, 4 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 3 tbspGoat Cheese, Semisoft, 2 ozGarlic, 3 clovesChicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Caramel onions and garlic in olive oil.
Heat broth to a simmer.
Add spinach and kale. Cook until softened.
Add onions, garlic and cheese.
Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
Simmer another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Puree with bleander or food processor.
Serving Size: 20
