Crockpot Maple Pork Chops & Yam

Ingredients
2 - 3-4 oz pork chops1 medium fresh yam1 appleMaple syrup
Directions
Peel yam and cut into chunks. Put in bottom of crockpot. Cut apple into slices. Add to crockpot.
Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with syrup.
Cook on low about 4 hours
