Fish with Coconut Sauce

Ingredients
14-16 ounces cod fillet (or other white fish such as pollock)2 cloves garlic1/2 cup chopped onion2 tbs. olive or coconut oil2 tbs. coconut milk1 tsp. cilantro paste
Directions
Sauce garlic and onion in oil for 2-3 minutes until starting to turn clear. Add fish and saute over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Turn skin side down. Mix coconut milk and cilantro paste and spread on top of fish. Continue to cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes or until fish begins to flake. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute.
