Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup Pork and Beef Sausage, 3 links (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8 Bacon, 6 medium slices, cooked (raw product Shrimp, cooked, 10 large Crushed Tomatoes, 28.0 ounce can Celery, cooked, 4 cup, diced Onions, large raw, 2 cups, chopped Corn Starch, .25 cup *Crushed Red Pepper - spice, 1 tsp *Crushed Garlic, 3 tsp *Kosher Salt, 2 tsp *Orzo, Barilla, uncooked, 2 oz Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Oregano, ground, 1 tsp *Pepper, white, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
Chop all meats in bite size portions, cook 6 strips of bacon, 6 thighs De-boned, skinned chicken in stock pot, add 3 andouille or spicy sausage, add 1 whole large finely chopped onion, 1 large table spoon of crushed garlic, then 4 cups chopped celery. Add 4 cups chicken stock, then 1 (28 ounce) can of crushed tomatoes or 1 (28 ounce)can of tomato sauce. Add salt and white pepper then add the crushed red pepper flakes, sugar, parsley and oregano to taste. Add shrimp chopped in 1/2. For thicker soups add 1/4 cup of corn starch and water and 1/2 cup of orzo rice. Leave out if you prefer a runnier soup. I prefer to Simmer for 2-3 hours to bring our the flavor in the meats.
