Taquitos

Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup salsa12 pack of corn tortillas
Directions
preheat oven to 425F
Brown beef in skillet until brown.
Add chopped onion, pepper and salsa.
Saute for several minutes.
Warm tortillas to make easier to bend
Add mixture to each tortilla and roll up.
Bake for 10-15 minutes!
