Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin

2.5 lbs potatoes, sliced1 onion sliced11 oz. ham diced1 cup shredded Jarlsberg cheese1 cup shredded Kraft 5 Cheese Italian1 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk1 cup skim milk1/4 fat free plain yogurt2 TBSP unsalted butter, melted2 TBSP corn starchpinch of nutmeg
1. Layer half of potatoes and onions and ham in slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle with half the salt and pepper, and then half the shredded cheese.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Combine, milks, yogurt, butter, cornstarch and nutmeg in medium size bowl. Beat with whisk until blended.. Pour over ham and potatoes
5. Cook on low 8-10 hour or high 4 hours.
