Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion2 cups chopped collards3 cloves garlic1 cup chopped red bell peppers4 oz low sodium V81 tsp olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
saute onion and garlic in oil med heat until onions are translucent. add collards, peppers and v8 and simmer for 10 minutes. salt and pepper to taste
