Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 19.2 ounces HEB Chicken Broth Fat Free, .25 cup Olive Oil, .5 1tsp Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp Alamo Brand Pork Chorizo, 2 oz Salt & Pepper
Pan Sear chicken breast in olive oil
Bake in oven at 350 till done
While Chicken is in the oven eat up chorizo in pan, add onion and saute, add bell pepper and saute, add salt and pepper
Deglaze pan with chicken broth
Pour Chorizo mixture over baked chicken
Top with Cilantro
Serving Size: Makes 3 - 6 ounce servings with equal sauce
