1.5 Cups Brown Rice Flour + 1/2 cup quinoa (soaked and soured overnight*)Add Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, curry to taste to Soaked grains and then placed in fridge for one more night1/4 cup Flax Meal, 1/4 cup Alfalfa Powder, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, 1/4 cup currants, 1/4 cup chocoalte chips (dark/semi-sweet-no milk or strange ingredients), 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, 1 mashed bananaVISIT reallyheal.blogspot.com
*To soak and sour the rice flour and quinoa, which eliminates phytic acid, toxins and other antinutrients, to ensure more nutrients are absorbed, add 2 Tbsp Yogurt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and curry powder to taste, and cover with filtered water- leave in room temperature overnight
Mix into the above mixture the
Flax Meal, Alfalfa Powder, coconut flakes, currants, chocoalte chips (dark/semi-sweet-no milk or strange ingredients), fresh blueberries, banana
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes YEILDS: 15-20 cookies
