1 pound ground beef, browned and drained1 packet taco seasoning2 cups shredded cheese1 can (14.5 oz) refried beans36 wonton wrapperssalsa, sour cream, scallions to garnish as desired
preheat oven to 450. lightly grease muffin tins (to make 18 total cupcakes)
brown and drain beef. add taco seasoning and cook -according to package direction.
in each muffin, layer one wonton wrapper, top with 1 Tbsp refried beans, 1 Tbsp beef, 1 Tbsp cheese. Repeat for a 2nd layer
Cook for 15-18 minutes.
Garnish with taco toppings (salsa, sour cream, scallions, etc)
