Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese1 lb strawberries1 tsp vanilla extract1.5 tbsp powdered sugar.5 cup crushed graham cracker
1) Rinse strawberries
2) Core strawberries and optionally, cut off ends of strawberries so they stand up
3) Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in mixing bowl
4) Pour mixture into frosting piping bag
5) Pipe cream cheese mixture into strawberries
6) Sprinkle filled strawberries with crushed graham crackers
7) Serve (personally I think they taste better the next day)
Serving Size: makes 24 stuffed strawberries
