1 lb. jimmy dean sausage.5 c onion.5 c. green pepper1.5 c. sliced mushrooms2 lbs. simply potatoes16 eggs2 c. whole milk8 oz. reduced fat marble-jack cheese8 oz. full fat marble-jack cheesesalt & pepper to taste2 pkgs. knorr hollandaise sauce mix (prepared with skim milk and butter)
Serving Size is 1/2 cup. Serves 18
Sauté sausage, onion, green pepper and onion. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients together (except hollandaise sauce mix). Combine sauté mix with egg mixture. Pour into greased deep lasagna pan. Bake at 350 for 60-90 minutes.
Prepare hollandaise sauce and pour over egg bake.
