1 Cucumber, 1 Green Pepper, 6 Plum Tomatos, 1 Medium Sweet Onion, Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar, Feta Cheese, Basil, Black Pepper to taste
peel and chop one whole cucumber. Chop one large green pepper. Chop the 6 roma tomatos (or you can use fewer larger tomatoes I just prefer roma because there are less seed. Chop the medium size onion. Crumble the feta cheese and put the above ingedients a large bowl. Mix in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in with the salad. You can use more or less depending on taste. Sprinkle the basil and ground pepper and you can also use more or less of these to taste.
