Imitation Crab Dip

Ingredients
1 Pack imitation crab meat (9 oz)1 cup low fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup low fat mayo1/2 cup low fat or fat free cream cheese1/2 cup low fat sour cream1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon garlic2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
mix all ingredients together
spread in 9 in round or square baking pan (Pampered Chef stonewear works great)
cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes
