Cranberry filled Oatmeal Squares

3/4 cup and 2 T. flour1/4 t. baking soda1/2 cup (p[acked) brown sugar1/2 cup regular rolled oats1/2 cup margarine (whole stick, partially softened)3/4 cup cranberry sauce (or any other jam, jellie, etc.)
Combine flour, baking soda, brown sugar, and rolled oats and mix together.
Cut in 1/2 cup of butter using a pastry blender or two knifes (Make sure butter is cut into smaller pieces the size of peas and are completely coated with the mixture).
Press 1/2 of the misture into the bottom of a loaf pan.
Spread 3/4 cup of cranberry evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with reamining crumb mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
