Spinach and Garbanzos

1 T Olive Oil4 Garlic Cloves - minced1/2 Medium Onion - diced1 Large Bunch Fresh Spinach1.5 Cups Of Canned Garbanzo Beans - drained and rinsed1/2 t Cumin1/2 t salt
Saute the garlic and onion in the olive oil until translucent.
Stir in the garbanzo beans. I like to mash some of them with the back of my spatula - gives the dish a nice texture.
Season with the cumin and salt.
When the garbanzos seem heated through, start dropping in the fresh spinach, cook till fairly wilted (see picture).
Serve *immediately*.
Serving Size: Divide finished recipe by four
