1 Cup Fresh Spinach1 Cup Fresh Spring Mix Lettuce1/8 Cup Craisins1 oz Feta Cheese1/8 Cup Walnuts pieces3/8 Granny Smith Apple, sliced into smaller pieces1/2 Chicken Breast1-1/2 Tblsp Sesame Oil
Cut chicken in strips. Salt and pepper, and saute in sesame oil.
Mix spring mix, spinach, walnuts, chopped apple, cranberries, and feta cheese. Top with cooked chicken.
