Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
3 Cups of chicken broth (saved from boiling Jeno's ground turkey) I used chicken broth above because turkey broth wasn't listed.Add:1. 10 oz Frozen vegetables (I use Birdseye)2. 1 Can Bushes pinto beans with liquid3. 1 Can Bushes large butter beans with liquid4. 2-3 med red potatoes peel & chopped5. 1 Can Bushes yellow hominy6. 1 med size onion peeled and chopped7. 1 TBS garlic powderYou can add whatever spices you like (salt, pepper etc.)
Directions
Place all ingredients into a large stock pot, cook till potatoes are done (a fork goes easily into them). Serve in 1 cup portions. It gets better the more time you heat it up. Yields around 20 servings.
