Ingredients
Arrowhead Mills Organic Quick Yellow Corn GritsLightLife chorizo-style soy "smart sausage"Butter, unsaltedWater to cook gritsFrank's Hot SauceCheddar cheese, grated, preferably sharp whiteNavitas or similar, ground Chia seeds
Directions
Thaw the chorizo sausage then cut up into small bite-size pieces. Cook the grits according to package directions, but add chia seeds to the water. Add butter, cheese and hot sauce as grits start to thicken.
