Stacey's Chicken Salad

8 oz tub of whipped cream cheese1 fuji or gala apple5 stripes of celery (cut lengthwise before chop)1/4 c fine diced onion1/3 c dried cranberries3/4 c of pecans (cut in half)20 grapes (cut in half)12.5 oz can of chicken
Drain chicken and set aside. Blend one 8 oz tub of whipped cream cheese with a hand mixer in a large bowl. Add any seasoning you like; I prefer garlic and onion powder. Chop apple and celery into bit size pieces. Chop pecans and grapes in half. Add in all ingredients, and mix well. Sample taste, add more seasoning if needed.
Serving Size: Makes enough for 6 full sandwiches.
