1 frozen banana, peeled and cut up2 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt1 Tbsp. Splenda1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Freeze banana overnight. Peel and cut it first! Put all ingredients in food processor (too thick for blender) and puree on HIGH for a few minutes or until smooth. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. For smoother consistency, add 1/2 cup Fat Free milk.
