Beef meatballs

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil3 lb 93% lean ground beef3/4 cups plain breadcrumbs1/4 cup grated Parmesan1 onion, chopped1-2 tbsp dried basil1 tbsp dried oregano1 tsp garlic powderSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking dish with olive oil and put in oven while it's heating. Combine all other ingredients. Roll meatballs into golfball sized balls. Place in pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 60-66 golfball sized meatballs - 3 meatballs per serving
