Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 cup chopped raw Onion3 cups green bell peppers [or mix in red & yellow]2 cups raw celery diced1 cup frozen yellow sweet corn1 cup canned mushrooms, drained & chopped2 cups Bush's Chili Beans1 cup Bush's Black Beans1 cup Great Norther Beans1 cup Navy Beans3 cups canned diced tomatoes32 - 40 oz. Tomato Juice, without salt added1 envelope Old El Paso Taco Seasoning mix1 envelope Ranch Seasoning: optional
Saute onion, celery, peppers.
Brown & drain meat.
Combine all and heat.
Only need to simmer for a short time.
May freeze serving size portions as a large batch.
