1 Mango - Peeled, Seeded, & Diced1 Red Bell Pepper, Seeded & Diced3/4 C. Chopped Red Onion1 Tbsp. Splenda1 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar1 Avocado - Peeled, Pitted, & Diced1 tsp. Salt
Directions
1. Toss together mango, bell pepper, onion, Splenda, olive oil, & vinegar in a bowl. Gently fold in diced avocado, & season with salt.
